This remove the obstacles meditation has been created to accompany Day 6 of your Dream Life Week Journal.
Today is about gently noticing the beliefs, feelings or stories that rise to the surface when you imagine your dream life.
As you listen, allow yourself to explore what feels limiting without judgement. Notice where these beliefs may have come from, whether they truly belong to you, and what new truth is ready to take their place.
Reflect on the opposite of each limiting belief or feeling, and how you can begin to embody that new belief in your everyday life.
After listening, return to your journal and complete today’s action: do one thing today that embodies a new belief or feeling.
